CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that cancellation and refunds are not possible for any orders placed on NOHANGER. We can help with exchange or return only if the product is damaged in shipping or found to be a manufacturing defect or Size issues within 7 days of delivery. Customer have to bear the return shipping and restocking fee upto Rs.300 depending on order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Initiating an Exchange

If you wish to initiate an exchange, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team at contact@nohanger.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We value your satisfaction, and our team is here to assist you.

2. Quality Check and Approval

In adherence to our stringent hygiene standards, all items submitted for exchange will undergo a thorough quality check by our team. Exchange requests will be further approved or declined based on the condition of the product.

3. Conditions for Acceptance

Please note that we reserve the right to reject a return if:

(1) The product has been used. (2) The product is damaged.

4. Shipping Instructions

Once your exchange is confirmed, please ensure that you ship the item with the provided tracking ID to contact@nohanger.com on the same email thread. We recommend using a reputable courier service to ensure the safe delivery of your item.

5. Processing Time

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

6. Defective Product

If you have received a defective product, please share images with us at contact@nohanger.com. Our team will promptly get back to you within 24 hours to assist with the exchange process.

7. Exchange Limitations

Exchanges can be done on the same product for size only once. Please keep in mind that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. In case the desired size is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit.

8. Store Credit

The store credit issued for exchanges is valid for one month from the date of issuance. You can use this credit to make a future purchase on NOHANGER.

9. Return Refunds

In the event of a return on an order, the refunded amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
